All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delays may occur if your order is part of a promotion or during a collection launch. YCL orders are shipped from our Gold Coast, Australia studio via DHL Express with tracking email updates, and signature upon delivery. Please enter your details in english only. Please note we do not ship to Russia.
If you change your mind, YCL Jewels will offer a gift card to the value of 110% or a refund subject to the following conditions:
- The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging
- The request is made within 21 days of delivery
- That you provide proof of purchase
- The item is not an excluded good as detailed below

We do not offer refunds for purchases made using Afterpay or Klarna. These purchases are eligible for a gift card only. If items are returned and a refund is requested the free gifts must be returned.
To organise a return, please email info@ycljewels.com for a Return Authorisation number. All return requests will be reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Once your return is received please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed.
Please refer to the individual product page for the delivery time frames. To reduce our environmental impact, we aim to send all pieces in one delivery. If your order consists of In Stock and Pre Order pieces, we are happy to arrange a split shipment upon request.
In addition to Australian Consumer Law, we offer an extended six month manufacturing warranty on all jewellery with proof of purchase. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the extended coverage. This covers manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover pieces that have been damaged due to ‘wear and tear’ through misuse or accident (like a bent ring or broken chain), lost items and improper storage of your product. If a piece has been repaired or modified by someone other than YCL Jewels, the warranty will be void. Pieces can only be deemed faulty by one of our craftsmen upon physical assessment. Failure to follow the care instructions will render this warranty void.

YCL Jewels Retailers
Items purchased through a third-party retailer will not be covered under YCL’s warranty. Please reach out to the company the items was purchased from directly.
Free Gift and Sample Sale
No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges. All free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy.
International orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties which vary country to country. YCL Jewels is not liable for any charges you may incur. We are unable to process a refund if you refuse to make payment for the goods.
- YCL JEWELS is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
- YCL JEWELS is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
- YCL JEWELS is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.
- YCL JEWELS will only reimburse shipping on a faulty item up to $25 AUD.
- YCL JEWELS holds the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% if for some reason the order is cancelled.
