Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your piece YCL Jewels will happily offer a gift card to the full amount including shipping cost YCL has already paid, or refund less shipping costs, within the first 20 days of receiving your piece. To organise a return, please email our customer care team at info@ycljewels.com to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number. Please allow 3 days for your return to be processed once received. YCL Jewels will not accept any pieces when:

  • A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging.
  • If the piece is earrings, due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings
  • If the piece is custom made
  • If the item is returned outside of the timeframe stated above
  • Strictly no refunds on Afterpay, however we are able to offer you a gift card. Please note: This is due to the cost we incur for offering these services on our website.
  • Strictly no cancelation of orders that are pre-order
  • No refunds on sale products
Warranty

YCL Jewels offers an 8 month manufacturing warranty on all items which covers only faulty clasps & faulty links in chain. In the rare case that breakage occurs due to a manufacturing fault within the first 8 months of purchase YCL Jewels will happily repair the item or offer a gift card to the full amount paid and return it free of charge. The customer will also receive a 3 month extended warranty on the repaired item. If damage has occurred due personal wear & tear, discolouration due to metal-skin reaction, mishandling or not caring for your piece as per our Care Guide it will not be covered under warranty.

Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for our order to be processed. Please enter all details in english. YCL orders are shipped from our Gold Coast, Australia studio via DHL Express with tracking email updates, & signature upon delivery. Please enter your details in english only. Please note we do not ship to Russia.

Custom and Other Charges

Custom and clearance fees are charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and YCL Jewels is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you incur. We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, YCL Jewels will charge you postage.

YCL JEWELS is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.

YCL JEWELS is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

YCL JEWELS is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.

YCL JEWELS will only reimburse shipping on a faulty item up to $20 USD.

YCL JEWELS holds the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% if for some reason the order is cancelled.
